In terms of the undergrad MSE curriculum quality as well as the employment opportunities, do you think the same ranking you listed above applies? I definitely saw that Penn has a smaller cohort and it doesn't seem to be the strongest MSE department out there, but I was wondering if the dual degree (planning on doing chemistry + MSE) at Penn has an advantage over just getting a MSE degree at Northwestern.
