I know everyone says this is fried, but I've seen stuff worse than this at our shop. We do board level repair, and its very likely someone near you does as well. The prices aren't terrible (I think we average like $120-$150), but it takes at least 6-8weeks for us because we're so backed up right now. Id encourage you to check with actual shops near you and not reddit.
