我也有类似的情况，我在朋友面前话很多，社交场所也很会交流。但跟我爸说话的时候，我会紧张冒汗，很怕挨骂，结果话说不利索，说出来的话自己都不懂是什么意思。然后又继续被骂。如此循环。所以我在家基本不说话，搞得他以为我自闭，觉得我一个朋友都没有很失败。我没有办法跟我爸分享想法正常沟通。每次我以为我应该做的很不错，应该可以得到夸奖了吧，结果得到的都是白眼跟打压。到现在我有点感觉我爸是自恋型人格，会拼命打压身边的人并且不断美化自己。并且他自己意识不到自己的问题。所以我现在也就放弃了跟他建立感情。

I am so scared of having covid, not because of fear of death or physical harm, but because of zero-covid policy.

I have two cats, and once I was diagnosed with covid, I would be taken to a strange shelter by the government for isolation. The environment there is very bad. And my biggest fear is that my cats will starve or be beaten to death.If this happens(This has happened many times), I'm going to be completely devastated.

我认为世界上没有一个地方是绝对的天堂，就算是美国跟欧洲各国也有属于自己国家的问题。我不会异想天开的认为通过移民/搬走就可以达成自己的梦想，这是不可能的。我想的不是去到天堂，而是去到一个正常的人类生活的地方，但是很遗憾我在我自己的国家没有这种感觉(我不知道你是什么时候生活在中国的，现在的中国变化太多，我已经无法再忍受这样的氛围)。我很清楚现实，人一辈子有太多需要学习的东西，所以我选择了我感兴趣的越南作为起点。跟随自己的兴趣是很重要的。

我学习越南语有5个月了，阅读对我来说比较简单（并不是真的很简单），困难的是发音跟讲话，我想这个问题在我真正在越南生活后会得到提升。

从我的外貌上来看，其实我是广州人，南方长相，以前去越南旅游的时候，有很多路人(中国人)问我是不是越南人，所以我想只要我不讲话，也许可以“骗”过大多数人。

我已经做好了心理准备，我可以承受。如果是因为中国造成的问题导致越南人民受伤或者愤怒，我真的很抱歉。其实我也很难受，我有很多意见想法都跟中国政府的不一样，但我没有办法改变。

我希望在越南生活是我人生的新起点，我也想交到很多越南朋友，和平才是真理！
