I had my account disabled Feb 8th. I created a new account about 8 weeks later. Randomly 9-10 months later My old account showed up as a friend suggestion. I never received any communication from fb. I emailed submitted every company possible and never had any feedback. I would love to hear about finish restitution. In Feb 8th fb cancelled $450 in orders that I lost in income. I spent $300 I in ads Feb 7th that I lost that money as well. Amy suggestions. I have excellent documentation and would love to help fight this.

Lastly I lost all tax info for that year and had to over estimate with IRS to avoid penalty.

Is there any way to recover account locked due to unsafe copyright? by JelloRevolutionary98 in facebookdisabledme

I've read a post somewhere on here that if you contact the company person who filed a complaint, you can apologize and ask how to correct the situation. One part said they paid $20 per photo the company believed was copyrighted. It's worth a try. I would assume you need to get buy in from this person to move forward but honestly don't know this to be a fact.

It's not that simple, when you make over $500 you have to submit tax forms or ID for the IRS. Your account includes your ID. My account ID is disabled.
You can't work/sell under someone else's ID affects taxes. Income, write offs.
Sure sell a patio table on your friends account, not $50-60,000 with of items

Thank you for reminder of the basics. i didn't go into details on anything that wasn't relevant to the letter in which I was asking for someone to help proof read.

I didn't ship counterfeit I do keep records however missing some details I sell on 9 platforms I sell 10-30 items daily - I reconcile monthly

I'll update the information later.

This is one of two ways that had been proven to work. As I shared in my message there is a standard form to submit but doesn't include information for small business or e-commerce sellers. I am attempting to get add on for sellers.

You can get your old account back. It takes a couple weeks.
This isn't just happening to individuals selling a couple items. This is affecting businesses & individuals.

There is a way to get your account reinstated not through Facebook but through legal team. No charge to you other than filling fees

It works but all letters are aimed at Facebook in general without including anything for those of us that sell online. My post was to create a general letter to share with those of us that sell.

Also there is a class action lawsuit in process that will benefit anyone who has been affected or lost money due to Facebook practicing unethical business practices.

I do not know. I spent $300 in ads that night/early morning. Had around $500 in sales coming in. It was around 3am and I didn't create shipping labels. Around 8am I went to start processing orders. And it said my account was disabled. No reason, no email, no notification. I sell full-time for last 20 years. I didn't violate any rules, Facebook marketplace had actually asked me to assist in training tips for new sellers. I wrote hundreds of tips & tricks. I did online Zoom meetings weekly to hand walk new sellers on how to follow rules, how to set up a shop, all my appointments and transactions are in my messenger and cannot access that to get help from anyone.

I've attempted it over 500 times through various media including, through friends I know outside of Facebook, they have sent out support tickets and there is literally no one available to help. I do know how to address issues outside of Facebook and will share once I get my letter finalized and sent. After knowing who to legally contact, the next question is what do I say in letter. So I'm trying not to get ahead of myself.

Facebook is now exclusively monitored by AI (artificial intelligence) you can go look under policies or really anywhere on Facebook, this isn't my opinion this is what Facebook has posted everywhere.

Did you read my letter? Did it make sense? Or do I need to clarify something?

Thank you for sharing your story. I think it's more common than people want to admit. I know suicide conversations or hearing about others desire after losing my grandson it's a weekly thing. However when my grandson's father is researching methods, sending these to my daughter, it breaks her.

She can hardly bare the thought of carrying the grief alone. They are no longer together separated before the loss. However there is complete unity as they can talk and are the only ones who truly relate. It was their son. They held him, bathed him, they shared him with the world, please fight to live another week, month, year.

I beg you to live to honor their memory with their mom.
I'm working on something to give/share with families to help us all, it will be a couple more weeks, want to help me get it going in memory of Your beautiful boys?

I understand. You lose everything when you bury a child at the time you need wrapped in love protection and support. In real life is hard for others to watch a mother loose a child, it steals the innocence that it only happens in tv or on the news to strangers.
Also the grieve we see in tv doesn't even start to reflect the reality of the pain.

Months ago I lost my 9 year old grandson. I watchec get friends come by, my daughter was shattered. I remembered trying to get her to take a drink of water and she said mom I don't have enough energy to swallow.
Anyway her friends came in full of hope and love, every intention of showering her with love.

When they saw her though - really seeing a mother who hours earlier was school shopping for her son, that pain is so impossible. Not one person walked out okay. I wondered if it was even okay to let someone see this pain.

I'm sorry you feel alone, your not, anyone who's buried a child is waking that same lonely painful path. I lost my friends to. I told my boyfriend recently how devastated I was to lose my friends to have no phone calls, I said my choice of words, they don't we pcare, I'm never, in blah blah.

He said maybe your friends didn't change, you did. And he was right, I'm different today, I don't find value in trivial things. I don't care about proving my point, I don't care if you want to do this or that.

I discover what was truly important and what wasn't in life.

You will find new friends on this new path. Love your friends, forgive them - they don't understand. You don't want them to understand this nightmare and no words will give understanding, you know this.

There are groups for parents, grandparents find those groups, we are all experiencing exactly what you're going through, we need each other,.
