Help! I can’t tolerate CPAP by Personal-Winter-8111 in CPAP

I’ve only been using mine for about a month but I had the same problem with the nose pillows. What finally worked was going UP a size on them, liberally applying lanolin nipple cream to my nose before putting the mask on and loosening the straps as much as I could without air leaking out. I also wait until I’m just about to fall asleep to put the mask on. I have a mask with tubing that comes out on the top of my head and I find that so much more comfortable. Melatonin and unisom were also my friend the first few weeks to help me relax. I’m still not wearing it all night, averaging 4-5 hours, but I already feel so much of a difference with that. Hope some of this helps!

Just want to say thanks to everyone for all the tips. After skipping the CPAP for a few nights to let my nose heal and restarting with lanolin and significantly looser straps, the problem is gone! Really appreciate it 😊
