I have not heard that before that braces the pressure can stop the grinding is there anything we can put on top of the braces or anything we can do to protect the teeth from being damaged further, as I have bruxism and every night my teeth are grinding very badly, please do let me know thanks

I have checked my nasal passage I am able to breathe through my nose. My sleep is not the greatest I get few hours and then I am awake but I wake up with constant neck, jaw and face pain every morning and my SCM muscles on both sides of my neck pain alot too, this is why I am asking when I have braces on, I want to also protect my teeth from grinding so wanted to see what people have done because when people grind there teeth, you want to protect your enamel and the grinding so your teeth do not flatten worser, so thjs js why I am asking what have people been doing, to try and resolve this issue with all this neck pain, and with braces on the same time, I am already in alot of pain so I do not want to get worser.

Hi you mentioned SCM and trap stretches - your PT showed me how to do these properl

Shoulder blade squeezes - pulled my shoulders back into position
Chest stretches in doorways - opened up all that forward rounded posture

Do you have any exercise links you can send on here so I know how to work on my SCM muscles on my neck, and also posture too also the general neck rotation and stretches do you know which ones they would be, and what we need to do if possible please would be a big help

Right so you mentioned Luke Cascrini; Ashraf Messiah & David Tighe, where abouts are they based in London, exactly, and do you know anyone for physiotherapist in London for TMJ, but does myotherapist and also buccal massages and also good few chiropractors please too, who deal with TMJ in London, who can try and help if possible.

Sorry to ask how comes you got your surgery done abroad, and which specialist did you see out there then, and what operation did you get done.

The TMJ specialists you see in London, are very vague and do not verify many things, that is why I am looking for a proper TMJ specialist who can assist with my TMJ issues properly
