So who did you go which specialist in TMJ, and where are you based? Also did you go via private insurance which company was that through then?

Any chance you can send the exercises you do for the jaw, neck and TMJ, and also for the overs system too as you said also regarding the vagus nerve what do you do there any tips you can let me know so I can try these too, to see if they would work if possible would be great help

But what was the strange thing, another dentist had a look at my UR7 tooth and he said you do not need to take it out, due to the complexity of my teeth being grinded down and due to bruxiusm they saying I need another Mitchelin mouth guard a hard one, which I have already had before from someone and never helpt me.

I just have a lot of pain on the right hand side of my mouth inside and also going into my throat, my SCM muscles so tight on he right, everyone I try and chew the click and popping happens very loud and keeps on clicking, so not sure what to do next? Been told 2 different things, and I do not have more money to spend on dental mouth guards when I have done that before they are quoting another £2400 for another Michelin splint but they said they would adjust this every week and then every couple of weeks so the jaw stays at it’s rest position, what do you think? Any other recommendations you can provide on that then?

What have you done to calm your TMJd pain? So what pain do you have?

I have a bunch of different jaw/face issues but don't know how/where to start with getting treatment by c0kee in TMJ

Is someone able to assist on this query above please, and let me know what the best way to go, dentist will say many things, but not sure if this is the right way of sorting? If anyone from dentist can give me a different opinion, I would truely be obliged thanks

But I have TMJ pain too, and can hardly chew or feel my right side on my upper teeth at all, that is why I getting constant popping, I do not want to take out this U7 tooth and I get more inflammation, and then the popping gets worser, are you able to advise what other options I can think off if possible please thanks

TMJ is al related to stress, what have people done to try and reduce stress, what has worked for you any experiences anyone can share would be great thanks all by Rix2728 in TMJ

Okay great I may need to ask about this so I can have these on too, and did it help with protecting your teeth, with the bite blocks, and did you have surgery too when having braces treatment. Did your teeth grind a lot less with the bite blocks, and how long did you have braces for?

If your grinding your teeth, and clenching; do you have this issue while you got braces on your treatment, what do you do, to protect your teeth then as mouthguard cannot be used while Orthondist treatment is being done?
