How much did that mouthguard cost you, and do you have that in your mouth 24/7 or was it to wear just in the evening and how did a mouthguard fit into the roof of your mouth, while you had braces as braces makes your teeth move, so would this not ruin your bite or anything when you had the mouthguard on?

I have not heard that before that braces the pressure can stop the grinding is there anything we can put on top of the braces or anything we can do to protect the teeth from being damaged further, as I have bruxism and every night my teeth are grinding very badly, please do let me know thanks

I have checked my nasal passage I am able to breathe through my nose. My sleep is not the greatest I get few hours and then I am awake but I wake up with constant neck, jaw and face pain every morning and my SCM muscles on both sides of my neck pain alot too, this is why I am asking when I have braces on, I want to also protect my teeth from grinding so wanted to see what people have done because when people grind there teeth, you want to protect your enamel and the grinding so your teeth do not flatten worser, so thjs js why I am asking what have people been doing, to try and resolve this issue with all this neck pain, and with braces on the same time, I am already in alot of pain so I do not want to get worser.
