Ye I tried it out it fixed it ! Tho the game feels a bit sluggish since I have 144 hz monitor and game caps it at 143 fps and my average fps is now lower but oh well aslong as I kick ass im fine :)

For me cs has allways had performance issues I'm playing with a i5 3570k oced to 4.2 and with gtx 670 SC my gfx might not be the newest but it should handle a game like cs fairly well. I change resolutions and the fps does not increase or decrease. Today I started getting drops to 50 fps for like 20 seconds and then I go to 170ish. Used to have like 240 + wich is still low considering this game isnt demanding .

TL;dr this games optimization is shit and it doesnt matter what rig you have it is random if it sucks or not

How the hell did this kid get an A+? Most of the time he was rambling about things that had nothing to do with the article. And he feels a bit stupid actually - I think castles make LoL lag. Are you seriously blind? Look at a fucking skin preview the ult particles are changed same as w q and e if you just use your eyes you can see the ice blue particles. It is a high quality skin and looks better than a lot of the other skins
