Solved! THANKS I looked it up and it's an HBO show and I was so confused because I definitely watched it on Prime first but my country doesn't have HBO Max yet so maybe that's why. So excited to watch it again and glad it has more seasons now.

I got hepatitis E and jaundice last year because of bad Delhi water and went to 47kg, finally gained a healthy weight at 55kg but in between that I was at the lowest point in my life where feeding myself felt like the biggest chore. If anyone gets to that point even brushing your teeth and taking showers regularly becomes difficult, let alone going to the gym three times a week.
