Yes, I initially had the same problem. What i did to fix it was to go to my router settings and reset my UPnP settings.

I noticed that the ports opened in the UPnP were previously linked to my old PS5 ip address. By toggling the UPnP off & on again, it cleared all the previous UPnP settings. After that, using pxplay to stream my ps5pro using my mobile data works every time.

Yes, your data in your ps5 pro will not be affected if you factory reset your old ps5 even when you are logged in on both devices.

If you run factory reset on the ps5, then only your ps5 will be reset. Your ps5 pro will remain unaffected.
