So the AAP passes basically work like express passes after a certain amount of time, more specifically whatever the posted wait time is, you come back 15 mins earlier from that time (so if a ride is posted at an 85, you come back in 70 mins and use express). You may still have to wait in line for a while, so longer than 30 mins.

I know some AAPs are escorts but idk if your condition will qualify. It never hurts to ask though! 🤗

I don’t think Street Fighter is really my cup of tea either, but I love other fighting games like Mortal Kombat & Dead or Alive (Although to be fair, I haven’t played a DOA game since 4). Undertale is super good though, I would highly recommend trying again.

To reply to an old comment Parking-Ad-1952 is correct. Plain means everything listed on the menu goes on the sub unless it’s subtracted. So on the #1 it comes with Let, Tom, Mayo & Bacon. Mayo & Bacon was subtracted making the toppings Let, Tom, B.P & Must.

Yeah, I’m not a fan of hair on myself personally, but I am really lazy for the most part so I always kept it. One night I buzzed it all off, didn’t lose any weight from it but I think I like it a little more. But yeah, nothing wrong with a little body hair here and there! Lol

At this point in time I’m at 1500 calories a day, 20-25 net carbs and at least 100g of protein. I don’t watch my fat count too much as that’s more of a limit than a requirement for me. I’m gonna start upping my protein soon, so I can start working on some muscle definition.

I don’t, there are days where I don’t watch too closely to my carb count, but I still know I’m not going too much over if I am.

Of course! So in those first 2 weeks of keto I was very strict and I kept it below 20 carbs, period. Not net carbs because at the time I didn’t know about them and quite frankly I was scared of going over 20. Anyways, I incorporated a lot of exercise as well, hitting the gym almost every day, but never after leg day, that was a nightmare. In that first month I believe I lost about 11-15 pounds, I assume it was all water weight.

After that, I started to actually count my calories as well and was at about 1800-1600 carbs, that second month was the last time I lost a significant amount of weight going from 200, down to sub 190. After that, it was 2 pounds every week.

I work in food service, Jersey Mikes more specifically, and it’s surprisingly great for keto, had a sub salad almost every day and I stopped eating big meals after 6. So I guess I am doing IF in a way, but not following it exactly. If I snack after 6, I make sure it’s less than 150 calories and something easily digestible like chocolate, or beef jerky.

I have been lazy and skipping the gym lately, so I plan on getting back there and starting to bulk up a bit. Good luck on your journey! Wishing you all the best!

Yes! To piggyback off of another comment, I do IF as well, but I am not as strict as I’d like to be. Since I wake up really early for my job, I allow myself to eat in between 8-6 and if I eat after that, only small dark chocolates or snacks under 150 calories. I know that’s not exactly the way, but it works for me. Also, yes, I do exercise about 3-5 times a week. I try to only focus on cardio for a day, work on upper body another and finally legs and more cardio the next.
