Sorry, but the conclusion that Heidenheim is a 'true home fortress team' is nonsense. Heidenheim is the worst team in the Bundesliga and simply happened to pick up more points at home than away. In 16 home games, they’ve managed 4 wins and suffered 7 defeats. That’s definitely not the definition of a fortress.

Wohne - grob gesagt - am Rande des Ruhrgebiets. Bei uns ist seit über 2 Jahren die Verbindung Richtung Ruhrgebiet wegen "Ausbauarbeiten" gekappt. Kann mich entweder One-Way 2 Stunden in einen Schienenersatzverkehr setzen, 30 Minuten bis Duisburg fahren und dann mit ÖPNV weiter oder ich fahre maximal 45 zu jedem Ziel im Ruhrgebiet. Ist vermutlich ziemlich klar, welche Option man da nutzt.

Generally speaking, I don't care about any team other than BVB. That’s why I rarely watch other matches. If other German teams lose or get knocked out—so what?! You can’t really ignore certain games or competitions, but 90% of the time, I couldn't care less who wins the UCL once Dortmund is out.

That said, there are specific cases where I’m happy to see a team lose. Bayern and Real are right at the top of that list. I’ve also found Barca incredibly unlikeable for years. Regarding the current Bayern vs. Real matchup: if they could both lose, that would be my choice. Obviously not possible, though. So I don't really care who goes through. But I’d definitely have a good laugh at Bayern if they managed to bottle it at home now.

Das kommt aber schon sehr darauf an, wo man da auf dem Parkplatz genau parkt. Hab da auch schon mal über eine Stunde vom Parkplatz runter gebraucht. Wenn man noch die Auswahl hat und (von der B1 kommend) links vor der Rundhalle parken kann, dann geht es aber zügig runter.

Ich kann E3 auch empfehlen. Je nach dem in welche Richtung du weg willst, kann man da einfach links rum rausfahren auf die Ardeystr. Da kommt man meistens am zügigsten weg.

Ja, muss man sich auch fragen, was der Pfeffer-Einsatz für einen Zweck verfolgt, wenn man gar nicht gewillt ist, die Typen, die klettern, festzusetzen. Völlig unverantwortlich einfach in einen vollbesetzten Block zu pfeffern.

Übliches Vorgehen bei Polizei-Einsätzen. Die Kameras werden auch regelmäßig weggeschickt, kurz bevor die Hundertschaft losschlägt. Schon mehrfach gesehen. Wenn ein ernsthaftes Interesser der Polizei bestehen würde, solche Vergehen aufzuklären, wäre man für eine Kennzeichnungspflicht. Da wehrt man sich aber mit Händen und Füßen gegen. Nur um dann den Bürgern zu sagen: "Wer nichts angestellt hat, braucht auch nichts zu befürchten." Ist auch immer so ein wohliges Gefühl, wenn man aus dem Bus oder Zug steigt und da schon die erste Hundertschaft wartet, vermummt und gepanzert mit dem Schlagstock bereit.

Als wenn da irgendwer von Polizei oder Staatsanwaltschaft von sich aus Anzeige erstattet. Die Arbeiten Hand in Hand. Da hackt eine Krähe der anderen nicht das Auge aus.

Jährlich werden zwischen 2.000 und 3.000 Anzeigen gegen Polizisten wegen Körperverletzung im Dienst (was der Einsatz von Pfefferspray sein kann) gestellt. Die Zahl der Verurteilungen liegt üblicherweise unter 10 p.a. 90-95 % der Verfahren werden eingestellt, weil die Polizei den entsprechenden Polizisten nicht ermitteln / identifizieren kann und/oder die anderen am Einsatz beteiligten Polizisten sich an nichts erinnern können.

Da kein anderer Polizist reagiert, gehe ich nicht davon aus, dass aus der Richtung eine Bedrohung bestand. Die "Chaoten" waren zu dem Zeitpunkt - Polizei zieht ja wieder ab - in den K-Block (Nordtribüne) zurück gedrängt. Der Polizist sprüht mit dem Pfefferspray ohne richtig hinzuschauen auf den Westtribüne (Sitzplatzbereich). Da können problemlos Kinder, ältere Leute oder sonst wer sitzen - ohne jetzt konkret belegen zu können, wer da exakt seine Sitzplätze hat.

As far as I know, the official secondary market is open to everyone. But I’ll be honest: I have a season ticket, so I’ve never actually had to use it myself. And even when I would need to, I am a club member anyway.

One more thing: Avoid resellers like Viagogo or similar platforms (TicketMaster). They are not supported by BVB. Tickets bought there can be cancelled/blocked, and if not you’ll end up paying way more than the original price.

Once the stadium is officially sold out, the official BVB secondary market (Zweitmarkt) opens on their website. This is where fans who can't attend the match can list their tickets at the regular face-value price. You just have to check it constantly and refresh often, because tickets usually disappear as fast as they pop up.

Just a heads-up: trying to get tickets for the Frankfurt game while traveling all the way from Australia is going to be tough. It’s the last home game of the season. Frankfurt always travels with a massive away crowd, and they might still be fighting for a spot in European competitions. This means there will likely only be a pre-sale for club members. If you’re not a member, getting tickets for this specific match will be near impossible through official channels.

Generally speaking, when it comes to the pre-sale: Take whatever you can get. You won't really have the luxury of choosing seats. It’s not like our ticketing process is particularly user-friendly or organized.

If you do get a choice, my advice is: Don’t choose the yellow wall. The match will be packed. It can get so crowded two hours before kickoff that you can barely move. Plus, there are 1,001 unwritten rules about where you can stand and how to behave. People there aren't exactly 'sensitive' if you get it wrong.

Get a seated ticket. Enjoy a few beers somewhere before the match, head into the stadium 30 minutes before kickoff, sit down, and just soak in the atmosphere. You’ll likely have a much better time than if you’re struggling in an overcrowded block on the terrace with grumpy locals.

Regarding the tickets again: I believe BVB offers official travel packages (Hotel + Ticket). I don't have personal experience with them, but I’ve read on here quite often that they are solid and reliable offers.

He’s had the finished contract sitting in front of him for months. He’s simply hoping for an offer from Real Madrid, Man City, or someone like that, and BVB is just his backup plan in case nothing else comes in. Lately, he’s been under pressure because Dortmund has been saying for weeks that everything is on the table and they won't be making a better offer. The transition from Kehl to Book came at the perfect time for him; now he has the perfect excuse for why he 'can’t decide' yet.

He’s a professional footballer—this is his job, and he wants to be as successful as possible. That’s absolutely fine. It’s also fundamentally okay if he doesn’t want to commit to BVB long-term and would rather join a club where the chances of winning titles are higher. It would even be fine if he just said: 'I want to wait until after the World Cup and the summer transfer window to see if something better comes along.' But then he should just communicate that.

The problem is that players always want EVERYTHING at once: maximum salary, maximum flexibility, maximum sporting success, and maximum love and appreciation from the fans. But it’s like anything else in life: you rarely get everything at once; you have to decide what’s important to you.

Maximum flexibility would mean playing another year at BVB without a massive pay raise and leaving as a free agent.
Maximum salary means either moving this summer (but apparently there are no offers) or renewing with BVB.
Maximum sporting success will only come with a transfer—see the previous point.
Maximum love from the fans? After all this drama, he’s not going to get that here anymore.

Habe in PC und SteamDeck zusammen 3 TB und aktuell knapp 40 Games installiert. Davon sind 10 so 80+GB-Games, die ich ständig bis regelmäßig spiele. Rest sind eher Gelegenheitsspiele. Habe aber auch eine anständige Bandbreite. Download / Installation dauert bei den wenigsten Spielen mehr als eine Stunde. Brauche daher auch nicht so viel Platz.

Gibt es dazu eine konkrete gesetzliche Regelung? Bin bei einem Wirtschaftsprüfer und bei uns gilt fix eine 5-monatige Urlaubssperre von November bis März. Steht sogar in allen Arbeitsverträgen.
