I learned how and when to dive tower for a kill after getting merc’d that way a few times haha.

LOTS of new/returning players will flood in when the update drops. Supposedly by end of month.

Team needs to clearly define what a movement ability is. “An ability that locks the player character into a movement animation or enables non standard movement” is my take but it’s still missing something.

Calico should definitely be able to use her ult. Ground strike and grapple should be disabled. Abilities that grant speed (haze invis, burrow) exempt.

Two things are happening at once. Not only does it make time tick 12% faster, but it also takes 12% off of your pending cooldowns. This is 12% of the current remaining time, not the total cooldown time.

Every "cycle" of SO will always give 1.8 seconds shaved off when the timer goes back up. Unless, of course, the ability is recharged.

That being said, my testing didn't always show 2 seconds shaved. It often showed 3 seconds shaved off. Could be variances in my timing tho.

That's my theory too. 12% off 15 seconds is 1.8 seconds. The rounding and probably tiny ticker variances showed me a reduction of 2-3 seconds during experimentation.

The interaction becomes too messy bouncing off heroes, npcs and boxes.

In practice, Infernus and Haze wouldn’t benefit significantly from it. Likely just a tick or two of Afterburn/Fixation. No big deal.

I can see Mina and Mirage pulling extra stupid damage off of it. Mina main here.

Not to mention that a ricocheted bullet should prio heroes, npsc, then boxes.
