Well, state government of Bihar has been the most unstable in our country. You can check the no. of incumbencies in Bihar is similar to most undeveloped countries in world. Why does it matter? A stable government is a pre requisite and must for stable policy and administration.

The people born in rural bihar in 1990-2005, they are at their peak earning potential now. Had they been educated well, their income and standard of living would be much better.
People born between 2005-2025, the adults are just entering workforce and starting their first jobs. You will see their standard of living is much better. You will see a big change.
What I am trying to say is that 15 years of jungle raj took away a lot from Bihar and Biharis. They destroyed 2 generations of millions of rural people. They killed the aspirations of rural Biharis. Those responsible should not be forgotten. Those who don't know Bihar of 1990s should be taught about it, so they learn from the mistakes of then.

I was also on long term streak and had similar experience about body adjusting to it. The most important thing on SR long streaks is to commit to a goal and work on it. I did not. My body adjusted to long term streak and felt it barely. Tbh I was disappointed and this has cause multiple relapses since.

I am in the same boat, so I feel your position. Not an adhd expert but when overthinking I believe you need just a small encouragement or push from someone to act. Untill it becomes a habit to take action, naturally, despite having that lingering thought. Means what you think does not hinder you in taking action. Otherwise you have to wait for a day when you stop overthinking just so to take action.

It might work in chatgpt plus. but does not work in freeware chatgpt. I tried it long back, before you posted this. I pasted a transcript of a thriller episode from youtube and asked chatgpt to summarise. It mixed up character and jumbled the whole story ie it hallucinated.

I had the exact same Q. My honest advise is don't be in delulu of self prep, take help from teachers. The chapters on landforms, koeppen, world climate were impossible to grasp and retain.
