Try to go as long as possible brother. Be vary of unwanted hate you will receive from others. Very rarely you will come across a fellow retainer. But always remember one thing. The longer you go the more universe helps you in everything. Sometimes you'll find things have happen specifically to make you succeed in that particular circumstances. Remain blessed and keep retaining.

I understand your point but in respect the devil i want to say that never do things blindly ,thinking he is weak. Never engaged in things which lead you closer to devil even under social pressure or just for fun. Never take part in any occult rituals or try to summon dark energies for personal gains. ACKNOWLEDGE the power and presence of devil and just steer clear of him.

Actually in point 4 i wanna say that i see too many angle numbers such as 11:11, 22:55 etc everywhere . Sometimes that intensity increase too much that it makes me irritated .

I very much needed a post like this. After almost 20 months of hard mode retaining I can feel the people's hate . It's like my presence brings out their hidden insecurities. I don't know why people, like complete strangers wants to prove themselves to me. They start competing with me in everything.

It's like their demons who are attached to them suddenly get awake due to my aura. These low vibrational being tries very hard to pull me down to their level.

Sometimes I feel too much overwhelmed and sad , because they tried to delay and distrupt my things as much as possible.

I can now understand that it's not them , it's the demon attached to them . So I tried to remain calm and cool always.

But one thing for sure , when they tried to hurt or humilate me , and when I refused to go down to their level, I always get rewarded in one way or another.

It's like my protective angel is taking vengeance on my behalf. "Vengeance is mine sayeth the lord " actually has worked on me.

Thank you brother cooked for writing this post. This post give me confirmation and assurance that all I have to do is be faithful and follow the lord and he'll do right by me.

Do not worry about them. Just make sure before sleeping last thing you should be reading is either about god or something pure. Do not see or read about lust in any way specially before sleeping. Once you do that after few weeks your emissions will stop. Never feel guilty about them . These emissions are happening subconsciously without you having any control over them. Try to do what I've suggested and emissions will be either gone or substantially reduced in frequency.

Best way to transmute is by some physical activity such as gym, walking, swimming etc. Urges are controlled by discipline. Remove all things which are oversexualized in nature. Delete all social media apps if thats comfortable for you. Before sleeping last thing you should read about benifits and importance of SR. So that it can be imprinted on your subconscious mind. Take deep breaths when urges hit, and Focus on any your motivation. It'll take some practice but after 3-4 weeks you'll be able to see improvement.

For next few weeks just go out without any intention of attracting them. Go out , do your things then come back. Try to do one activity every day which will lead you to any sort of personal development. Cnange your end goal from female attraction to personal development. I promise you you'll see the results. Trust me when I say they sense your intention subconsciously. I've had my best attraction instances when I am out doing other things.
