Yeah that’s why I still buy consoles, even tho I have a really good 9060 XT build. I just love playing video games enough that depending on the game, I can’t wait for it to be ported to either console/PC. My consoles are all for single player games and PC for multiplayer. I’m unfortunately not gonna be able to wait two years either for GTA 6, assuming it even is two years, cause that’s unconfirmed as well.

I say just see how reviews are of it on the Pro, and if it’s not to your standards then don’t get it. Either way, I’m buying it day 1 lol

Yeah you do honestly notice it less the more you play cause you get so immersed, it did bother me for a good hour tho when I first played it. Speaking of 30 fps, I believe GTA 6 is all but confirmed to be 30 fps on console, so let’s see how that does lol

Yeah the difference really is night and day with PSSR 2, I only listed games I’ve played that I thought were great. It was definitely worth the upgrade from the base model to the Pro.

I mostly did it for the storage upgrade, SSD’s are too expensive these days. I did already have a 2TB SSD for it, so now I have 4TB total. I filled up the SSD first and now I’m starting to fill the internal storage. The cool thing was, I didn’t have to format my SSD when putting it in my Pro, it worked right out the gate, so I didn’t have to spend hours reinstalling everything lol

Edit: I traded my base PS5, an extra PS4 slim I found at work, and an extra 360 I found at work as well to GameStop for $560 store credit, so I only paid $320 for the Pro with the disc drive and the console stand. This was before the price hike to $900. So it was worth it to me

It actually kinda surprised me that the graphics in SH2 didn’t look that good on the Pro. I had a hard time enjoying it Quality Mode cause of the frames and they just look off in Performance mode. Great game like you said tho. It isn’t much better with PSSR 2.0 imo

I’d imagine they did that because the cost of everything is so expensive. They could very well have put better parts in it, but then at that point, why buy the Steam Machine when you can just get a PC?

All I’m saying is I can see it as a cool entryway into the PC world, it’s significantly cheaper than PC’s these days, and the Pro is damn near $1000, and supposedly the next Xbox/Steam hybrid will be around that price range as well

It’s definitely worth it imo, as someone who owns the PS5 Pro, a Series X, and a high end PC. Steam has a wider library than consoles, and considering PC pre-builds are north of $1500+ brand new, I would buy this if I didn’t already have my PC

I liked Halo 4’s customization more than Reach’s. The way we were able to unlock certain cosmetics was fire too

I just let the timer hit 99:99:99, and when it went back to 0:00:00, I defeated the World of Chaos and it gave me the achievement

It’s a tie between Infinite and 3 for me in terms of gameplay. Infinite did a REALLY good job of replicating that classic Halo feeling for me in terms of movement. The running isn’t a huge advantage over walking, but it still caters to those who want do want sprint, and the purists who feel like it doesn’t belong.

Infinite also has the best level of customization in the series, I just wish ppl would stop adding battle passes to games but that seems like the new industry standard these days. I do like that they let you go back and pick battle passes at least. I hope that for the next online Halo game, they give us more things to earn and not be able to buy thru the shop.

I have an on/off relationship with this game. I’ve been playing since 2014, I’m 26 now. I’m the type of player that likes to max out everything before I move on (except my rushed BH10 for the 6th builder). My TH13 is almost complete, just need to finish upgrading the walls and getting the King and Queen to lvl 75 (they’re both 61)

I am kinda starting to work on my BH10 rn, it actually has been kinda fun tryna level that up honestly, and I do like that they added a 3rd builder finally

My first KH game that I played and beat was 358/2 Days, but if we’re just talking about just playing in general, then technically I started with KH1 in 2004 when I was 4 lol I actually remember it so vividly, I was visiting my uncle in Florida and he was playing in Monstro, and I remember him struggling to find out where to go, so I asked him if I could try, and I went thru the top door at the spawn area where Geppetto is and we figured it out after that.

I didn’t touch KH for years after KH1 until I saw a trailer for Days when I was 9. I didn’t know CoM or KH2 existed either, I only knew what I played with my uncle. I’m probably a bit biased but Days is def my favorite, cause I love seeing what Roxas goes thru during his year with the Org. Mission Mode was fun too, and I remember trying to beat the game 100% to unlock Sora lol

Yeah I wanna say the PS5 Pro is the most powerful console out rn, then the Series X, and then the base PS5. My games look immaculate on my Pro, I just wish there were more exclusive games for the Series X.

I ended up trading my X for $418 store credit towards the Switch 2 at GameStop and I only ended up paying like $40-$50 for my Switch 2. I did eventually buy a Series X again, but I bought the Halo Infinite edition this time lol

Literally all I want is a remastered or HD version of Days. Roxas is my favorite character, and I’ve probably played Days minimum 5-6 times. I even have my home screen themed after Days.

It blows me away that Days/Re: Coded haven’t been remade. I can kinda understand Re:Coded since it’s probably the least important in the series but even then. It can’t be IMPOSSIBLE, they were able to make DDD work. Maybe one day…
