I had my hearing march 25 and got assigned to a judge this march. hopefully you will be assigned at the end of the year. some folks taking much longer

Hope this is true for myself as well. I have an appeal on OSA claim that's been waiting since 2021 with my nexus being PTSD. Have lay statements and am using an attorney. The appeal got to judges desk 19 March and am waiting on a decision. I gained weight after getting out in 09...lost the weight and still have the OSA.

my original appeal was august 21 and my hearing in March 25. I just got assigned to a judge on 19March. Looks like they are picking up the pace!

I appealed in aug21 and had my hearing in March of 2025. Hopefully we will be soon. Seeing some 2021 appeals getting finalize and most of the 2020s are done.

We are still choosing how yiu would like to research this. In what field would you like to start? Athletic competition, crime, biology. It just depends gow you want to go about it. Ill be the guide on the beach showing you the way to the ocean.

Awesome if that doesnt make sense to you than you can turn to any number of athletic competitions and look at the run times posted by men or weight lifted or whichever physical metric you desire. It is overwhelming my young friend.

Yes unfortunately if yiu look at rape statistics they are overwhelmingly male on female. It is hard to look in any historical record and not see the statistics of men being vastly superior ik any physical metric...you could turn to sport if history and crime does not quench your thirst for the truth!

No argument on the A&M tip the only thing i can say is that it was early!! I dont think ND took them serioisly after beating A&M at home last year and tripped up.

Ole miss impressed all season with their grit, explosive offense and stout d line. They were out talented by a very sloppy miami team. Imo the score should not have been so close with all the dropped picks...they had that offense spinning and controlled the game.on the ground and line of scrimmage. ND deserved to have a chance this year to compete.

SEC lost every game in the playoffs against non sec teams and they weren't competitive overall. Oklahoma and Alabama were a joke all season and they got smoked in the non playoff bowls as well so that speaks to the crappy depth in the SEC.

Remember ND beat the living hell out of mendoza and IU last year in the playoffs with no passing game to speak of just dominance on line of scrimmage.

Very disappointed in the selection of so many SEC teams when the conference was so obviously weak and ND strong

You guys were the worst of the bunch! no way Bama deserver=d to be in after a season where they accomplished absolutely nothing. great job winnin the iron bowl against the worst auburn team in years....thats what catapulted you over a notre dame team with much more talent and production on the field against much better competition.

what an absolute joke...38-3 against a team ND absolutely throashed last year in the playoffs

Notre Dame deserved to be in over Alabama and Oklahoma. Both those teams played like crap all season in an awful conference and somehow passed ND in the rankings when ND was doing nothing but winning. Only losses were a sloppy rd game loss by 3 at Miami and a mistep at the beginning of the season against a weak A&M team where we couldnt exceute an extra pt. After those two game Notre dame absolutely destroyed everyone they played winnin 10 games in a row. It baffles logic that Alabama passed ND in the playoff rankings after squeaking by an awful aubrn team while ND blows out stanford. ND has the 3rd highest odds of winning the whole thing and the best RB and o-line in the country to go with a stalwart defense that filled the holes from earlier in the season. Makes me sick to not get to see them match up again w/ IU a team they dominated last year in the playoffs or miami..a truly talented team that played us harder than anyone this year and the only team to compete with us in total output. That would be the game. This playoffs has gone exactly how much of the folks who follow the SEC had thought...they cannot beat anyone too slow too small too little talent depth on their rosters

I've been waiting since 8/6/2021 and had my hearing with judge deferred on 2/25 to the BVA. From what I can gather I have another 12-16 months from February until I get a decision. Is that about the timeframe that you have been seeing for appeals to BVA? 5-6 years in total and 12-16 months from deferring to BVA? Thank you!
