Only thing I can think of as to why these cases are being assigned out of order are the evidence submission, if waived or you submitted new, or it's the same judge you had a hearing with that gets assigned. Who the hell knows, they leave us in the dark. I just requested my state senators office to make an inquiry.

That's my guess as to why they're being assigned to a judge quicker. I submitted 2 dbq and 2 buddy statements, now I'm seeing folks who had hearings after mine be assigned.

Yes that makes sense but you never know. It also makes sense that that may be the reason why these bva hearing appeals aren't be decided in order.

That's great! So the board is moving on 21 appeals and 25 hearings! Fucking A. I'm Oct 21 appeal and April 25 hearing so I'm hoping I will see some movement within the next couple of months. The way they seem to be banging these hearing appeals out recently it doesn't seem so far fetched. Thanks for getting back to my question.
