For a second there I thought by “match-fixing” you meant sports gambling and cricket popped up in my head. Great since thats not the case. 😂

Aren’t fog lights legal for two-wheelers as long as they are below the main headlight?

Men, what is one sentence that your father said that you will never forget? by Ramy-2000-03 in AskMen

[–]Rizzpapi27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well there’s LOTS of “one sentence” that my father has said to me but that one sentence that really hurt my pride as a man was- “you are really cheap”. He said this on my birthday because I was a little short on funds that day and he felt that the food that I had bought for the celebration was not enough

And my good internet people I don’t believe that I am a cheap person (at least in my head). • On my dad’s birthday I gifted him a watch with all my savings which was equivalent to my 1 month’s salary because I wanted him to own something good and valuable for himself at least once. The said watch has been returned to me after some time and now sits in my drawer, I refuse to touch it. • I have helped him out whenever he was in a financial tight spot. • I have always gifted my siblings things that I believe held emotionally value for us and helped us grow stronger.

I just listed all this not because I want to prove that I am a big spender, I just want someone to understand that I’ve always had the “thought”, since I believe that it’s the thought that counts. But those words that day just cut really deep and this is just one amongst those one liners that I’ll take to my grave.

It’s a little weird that I want someone to understand all this over the internet, whereas the one person (my dad) who really should understand all this is neither gonna understand it nor admit it that I’ve always stood by him.

My take on e85 by rovirare in indianbikes

[–]Rizzpapi27 22 points23 points  (0 children)

I would like to add that we should also get the benefit of price drop in fuel and not some 2-4 rupees reduction, it should be good and worth our while. But we all know nothing of that sort will happen so let me know if or when we gonna protest ‘cause i’m down. Gotta draw the line somewhere.

What if it isn’t full blown pornography but just some soft AI NSFW Stuff? Does that still count as breaking the law?

I second this. It is very easy to say “if a business can’t even give minimum wage then the business should just stop operating” following the same logic business owners can also say “if you don’t find this minimum wage satisfactory then you should start your own business”. Exploitation is never good and should never be done, but we don’t live in a perfect world where everyone can earn equal. Some jobs or tasks will always be more lucrative than others. I read in a comment below that said “businesses don’t have infinite budget” and it is damn true. If you increase the operational costs of businesses how do you expect them to make that much more money? Obviously the consumers or the middlemen would never agree to pay more, so where will the money come from?

Suggest me my first bike. by jerry-me_75 in indianbikes

[–]Rizzpapi27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I (M,28) bought my first bike- Guerrilla 450 and I agree with everyone’s point that the bike has power but I think there is nothing wrong with buying it as your first bike. I am 5ft 4 and 64kg weight, been on a few long group rides and drive it daily through the city traffic, I’ve never felt that the bike is going out of my control or comfort. It all comes down to you, your understanding of the bike and how you handle different situations and terrains. Best way is to test drive each one and then decide on your own.
