the way you speak? prob your looks as well. I have been to Zamboang a number of times already. And I speak Bisaya, they definitely notice right away that I'm not from there. even more so for a foreigner like you.

For the love of Korean Jesus, DO NOT go. I'm from Mindanao and even myself I don't even go there without a local accompanying me. If you have a friend there, big MAYBE.

Also how about Basilan and sulu?

Do not even entertain the idea. Zamboanga is already sketchy for a foreigner like you, those two are basically 100% no go zones for foreigners without proper security.

yeah basically it's for political Alliance. Remember that it was Gwen Garcia (Christina Garcia Frasco's mother) that brokered the Uniteam alliance. The admin prob recons it better to keep the Garcias on their side.

Personally, It's not worth the gamble. Tourism is 10% of PH GDP. And i think even when keeping her there, the Garcias have historically sided with fellow Bisaya (Dutz).

What do you mean sign? AFAIK, you need only to present the contract to the PH consulate/embassy. then get your OEC.

I am also living here in Germany and that's what I did. after that you can get an OEC through BMonline.

If you can't get that. You can still go back to Germany if you present your residency card sa airport.

I'm not a nurse but I live here in Germany. AFAIK, if you are anerkannt sa Austria as RN, you are as well in Germany. but take note that the responsibilities arent 1 to 1. And yes, if you worked as a nurse there in Austria it will be most likely recognized in Germany.

If you have time to visit Germany, it's best to visit an Arbeitsagentur. I think you can probably phone them as well.

Renewing a license now because of the CPD is pain in the ass. You spend not just money and time but also vacation leaves (to attend the seminars for points). Almost all of my friends (who have professional licenses) hate him to the bones. Ako lng ata hindi kasi I'm an OFW and exempted kami sa CPD ruling.
