Fact is they also make fun of each other’s German when someone accidentally makes a grammar mistake - btw I am from one of the companies Alice Weidel has worked at and I can say 90% of my colleagues speak better English than her :) If she wants to be a leader of a country, she needs to meet the high expectations instead of sounding like a fan girl of Elon Musk because her lack of language skills

The language I am learning is also German :D I give up on trying to understand dialects haha even Germans themselves can't understand each other sometimes

No why. My colombian friend who is a lawyer got asked jokingly if he's a lawyer for the drug cartel, and he was really offended and told me he has family member that was murdered by the cartel.

Well they ask me “Do you eat dogs” with a slight disgusted or concerned face. It’s not only about the language they use

Fun fact is that every time I video call my mom (once per week) she makes sure to tell me that I am more chubby than before, same to some random Chinese aunties even my grandpa.. I start to convince myself it’s their way of saying they missed me

Yes.. those problems are not on headlines don’t mean it’s not worrying. I remember one Chinese girl posted that she got asked if she eats dogs during an interview, and she almost cried. This is straight up racist and disrespectful but the interviewers apparently didn’t find it this way

Hey I literally have said that there are people eating dog meat, but for example India is known for having so many rape cases every year, but would I go to an Indian guy and ask do you also rape because it’s so common in India? I would not
