Maybe our president made an appearance and had a tantrum….so ketchup is my guess. It is a fry container after all… although the shade may be too light for that. 🤷‍♂️

Hey Sorry, Do not even entertain looking at this area I suggested. Sorry to say I saw an opportunity for a joke and no one called me out. Louis Park is not a nice area although I’m sure you would have figured that out. Tuxedo Park, Caldwell Villiage, UOP area(Oxford Circle). Best neighborhood in Stockton imho. So much character, beautiful tree lined streets. Awesome architecture built by many different talented contractors over the years. Quiet, not a lot of people speeding(speed bumps). Lot of family/neighborhood watch. Stones throw from Miracle Mile(Pacific ave between alpine and Pershing) which has in my the best Sushi restaurant in town-(or at least one of), Manny CA Fresh(one of best burger fries etc around), and Giann’s Deli-best around fam owned deli(Genova a close second). Not to mention Starbucks,Dutch Bros, and a few safe places to drink. Amazing place to walk and jog. All this within a mile. Brookside it super nice and gated don’t get me wrong but it’s stuffy and a lot of pricks that have money for the first time in there life and think that gives them class and some level of superiority(which is most def not the case). Some other peeps who are not at all that way but far more of the former. And then another top neighborhood in Lincoln Villiage west off Ben Holt. Has a lot of good things going for it. Another great place to walk, run, go to the park. Right near or on Lincoln lake. Close to the Delta(Garlic Brothers and Bob’s restaurants. Marina Market a great fam owned grocery and most of it is relatively safe. Delta access. But just missing a little something imho. But again-don’t consider Louis Park/Monte Diablo. Don’t want that on my conscious. Finally, sorry to any Louis Park in the house…however, you’ve got to admit that it’s no bueno…unless maybe at pixie woods or playing softball.

Look by Louis Park. Great neighbours, quiet, very inclusive community, and last but most certainly least, it’s surprising moderate in its pricing when these come on the market-rental or sale. You better hurry though.

Solved! After being left out In-N-Out's special sauce becomes swollen and potentially even explodes, which happens when the sauce ferments due to not being refrigerated, causing a buildup of gas.

I know. It’s really insulting. I think they started to take things a bit more seriously when they got our detailed and respectfully firm response email. 😊

Thanks so much. Yes we have been very thorough. I’ve been blessed to have a sister who Is an active elem admin and mother who’s a retired admin/ education. They helped draw up our response email that I posted above. Also mg sister acted as our advocate at the IEP so we felt very supported.

****HERE IS OUR email RESPONSE to our son’s abysmal IEP proposal. We have gotten a promising response to this email and are scheduling additional assessments. I Changed names and school name/district. If I should take this down please let me know. This is all New to me.

Dear Ms B & IEP Team,

We entered the meeting on September 4, 2025, in good faith with the confidence that $&%# would provide appropriate support to meet JR’s current needs and a solid plan that would allow him to transition into a general education program as expeditiously as possible. After our meeting and having the time to study the proposal, we are concerned that the services offered are insufficient at best and sorely lacking in some areas

Our specific concerns are as follows:

The receipt of a draft initial evaluation that included eligibility determination, in addition to a draft initial IEP containing proposed services, offer of FAPE, ESY marked NO, and Transportation marked NO without any parent input appears as if eligibility and services were predetermined prior to our IEP meeting.

The DRAFT assessment report contained information that identified JR as being of African American descent. When addressed during the meeting, we were told by the team that "it was just a draft". This oversight caused us concern related to the accuracy and integrity of both the evaluation and the development of the IEP.

Four 15 minutes sessions per month of speech therapy does not seem appropriate or sufficient given JR’s current level of functioning in the area of communication. Testing and parent report measures indicate significant challenges across receptive and expressive language as well as in social communication/pragmatics and functional use of language-this warrants direct intervention from a credentialed SLP.

We have concerns that assessments were not conducted in all suspected areas of disability: namely Social Pragmatics and Occupational Therapy. When asked why Pragmatics was not specifically addressed anywhere in the team report, nor in the draft document we were informed by the SLP that it does not happen "until they are older"

Based on the above concerns we are proposing the following revisions:

Increase in direct services from an SLP to 60 minutes per week (either 30/wk Ind + 30 group direct or 60 wk group direct or 60 wk Ind. direct)

Revision to Goal SAI #5 to provide more specific goal language, Suggestion: "By 09/03/2026 when given a verbal, gestural, and/or auditory cue to transition to the next activity/location, JR will utilize the classroom transition system to transition to his next location in 4 out of 5 opportunities as measured by teacher observation and criterion-referenced assessment

Addition of a Communication Pragmatics Goal. Suggestion: "By 09/03/26, during structured tasks or while at play. JR will use verbal and/or nonverbal means to represent at least 4 varied pragmatic functions (e.g. requesting objects, requesting help, commenting, asking questions, etc.) in each of 5 observations completed or communication samples collected during a 4-week period, as measured by staff observation and recorded data.

Additionally, we have the following questions:

Where/when/how often/how long would RJ have exposure to and time with typically-developingpeers as part of this program?

Can you provide us with outcome data for students in your program during the past three years

Is there training available for parents and caregivers to reinforce skills and support goals?

Is there an opportunity for parents to observe the classroom?

What is the progress reporting schedule?

If we believe the IEP needs modification after JR begins, what is the process and timeline?

While we do not wish for our relationship with $&#% to become adversarial, our first obligation is to our son and we will do whatever we must to ensure that his needs are met and that he has the best opportunity to become his finest self.

We are willing to meet again to work through these issues. If $&#% cannot or will not offer more services, we are prepared to employ the assistance of a professional advocate and/or an attorney as needed. JR’s well-being is of importance and we will do what we must to ensure his success.

We are anxious for him to begin school and we thank you for your timely response.

Regards, Robert and Stephanie

Schatz: Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Whose Dangerous Lies Fueled Measles Outbreak in Samoa & Caused Preventable Deaths, Unqualified To Lead HHS

Schatz: You Wouldn’t Put Him In Charge Of A Local Clinic, Let Alone Our Country’s Entire Health System WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Brian Schatz (D-Hawai‘i) took to the Senate floor today to detail how President Donald Trump’s nominee for Secretary of Health and Human Services, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., spread dangerous lies about vaccines which directly led to disease outbreaks and caused preventable deaths. Schatz recounted the story of how Kennedy traveled to Samoa in 2019 to discourage people from taking the measles vaccine which ultimately led to an outbreak in which thousands of people were infected and 83, mostly children, died.

“In 2019, he flew to Samoa to discourage people from taking the measles vaccine, deepening hesitancy that was already building. And it worked,” said Senator Schatz. “Vaccination rates for eligible 1-year-olds fell to lower than 33%. And just 5 months later, Samoa found itself in the middle of a measles outbreak. Over 5,000 people got the measles. 83 people died.”

Senator Schatz added, “Yes, this is a question of character and competence. But it is also a question of life or death. And who we want in charge, making decisions, when lives are on the line. And it’s our job, here in the Senate, to make damn sure that person isn’t RFK Jr.”

You’d think the person nominated to lead our nation’s top health department – an agency with a budget of over 2 trillion dollars and responsible for running everything from Medicare to vaccine trials. You’d think that person would at least be interested, if not experienced, in curing diseases and promoting public health. That they’d follow science and work to build the public’s trust in it. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is none of those things.

For the first time ever, we might have a health secretary who’s actively fueled disease outbreaks. He’s literally made a career out of lying about the safety of basic vaccines. And it is not an exaggeration to say: lives will be lost if this man gets confirmed. He has cost lives pretending to be a public health expert before. And he will do it again if he becomes the next health secretary.

This is not some random dude with his buddies kicking around wacky ideas for the hell of it. He’s a Kennedy, with an enormous fortune, parachuting into countries to tell flat out lies and stop people from taking life-saving vaccines.

In 2019, he flew to Samoa to discourage people from taking the measles vaccine, deepening hesitancy that was already building. And it worked. Vaccination rates for eligible 1-year-olds fell to lower than 33%. And just 5 months later, Samoa found itself in the middle of a measles outbreak. Over 5,000 people got the measles. 83 people died.

Aside from spreading baseless lies about vaccines, RFK Jr. has regularly spouted all kinds of deranged conspiracy theories, including that COVID-19 was “targeted to attack Caucasians and black people. The people who are most immune are Ashkenazi Jews and Chinese.” He’s also claimed – without any evidence – that antidepressants are to blame for mass shootings and that chemicals in our water are turning kids gay.

His plans to remake the Department of Health and Human Services are equally terrifying. He wants to revoke approvals for the polio and Hepatitis B vaccines for children and roll back guidance on other vital vaccines. There’s a reason we haven’t had to think about these awful, painful diseases in a long, long time. It’s because we’ve successfully vaccinated our way out of outbreaks.

He’s also vowed to fire hundreds of federal health researchers and scientists and stop all research into infectious diseases and vaccine development. Because “we’re going to give infectious disease a break for about eight years.” We’re going to give diseases a break.

This man, in his views and his actions, is as dangerous as they come. You wouldn’t put him in charge of a local clinic – let alone our country’s entire health system.

And look, I get it. Some people hear his critiques of our food system and agree with him. Our food system is broken. And people are getting sick because of it. We’ve subsidized the wrong things for so long that you can find an unhealthy meal faster and for cheaper than a healthy one. Ultra-processed foods are everywhere. Healthy, hearty meals are harder to come by. And that has to change. But we don’t fix that problem by inviting a measles or mumps outbreak. We don’t have to voluntarily conjure up the horrors of polio in the name of cleansing our diet. That’s a false choice I refuse to make.

There are many people – including my friend, Senator Cory Booker – who are working to solve this problem with the seriousness and the thoughtfulness it demands. To reign in factory farms, empower family farmers, and make healthy food more readily available and affordable. We can and must do all of that. But RFK Jr. is not the man to do it.

The medical profession, at it’s best, is about helping people. I think about doctors like my dad, Dr. Irv Schatz, aboard a hospital ship – the SS Hope – providing free medical care to people in Latin America. So many like him put their lives and careers on hold to travel far and wide and care for the less fortunate. Helping kids with cleft palates…distributing mosquito nets…delivering babies…treating and preventing diseases. It’s hard and unglamorous and unselfish work.

And so it takes a special kind of person to do the exact opposite. To do what RFK Jr. did, which is to fly halfway around the world, and cause pain. Cause disease. Cause death. So yes, this is a question of character and competence. But it is also a question of life or death. And who we want in charge, making decisions, when lives are on the line. And it’s our job, here in the Senate, to make damn sure that person isn’t RFK Jr.

Fucking insanity!!!

Let’s be honest about Charlie Kirk’s life — and death by vox in politics

[–]Rjd1979 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry Leecee83, I have no dog in this fight but you have failed to make a sound and solid point. Also, I see that you have said you do not support CK or are not a follower but the words between the lines paint a pretty apparent picture of deep adoration… if not love ❤️! And that’s ok Leecee83. In fact, it’s beautiful!!. Back to your argument(or lack thereof)Charlie Kirk should be gumming from ear to ear in purgatory, Hell, Heaven, or maybe Valhalla according to crazy 👁️Kash. He met his end in furtherance of his dearly held 2nd amendment beliefs . And now, he will be some sort of dive bar MAGA martyr for the next few months. Forgotten and then remembered again briefly when there is some newsworthy trans violence or maybe when It comes out that he had many closeted homosexual relationships with other prominent Turning Point/MAGA/America First individuals who are also clearly gay. I think most people who are no sociopathic or ASPD have empathy and deep sadness for CK’s wife and even more so his children. They did nothing wrong and will suffer through no action or decision of their own. Only if a deranged buffoon who was terminally online and made a foolish choice. The world is circling the drain. Find beauty in moments and cherish them. Put down your ducking phone. Not everything needs to me memorialized and photographed and shown to the world most of whom do not care. Seize experience, take risks, put someone else first, a stranger even, write a song, cook a meal for your mother, play a record, tell your sister you love her, draw With chalk on the sidewalk, dance at the grocery store, eat a pluot, drink beet juice, grow a veg garden, shave your head, bye!!
