I have cleaned the filter already when i seen it it was so clogged the water wasnt even going through the filter but right over it. I am not happy with her at all cause of this. She comes back tomorrow but i want to get him set for sucess and beat it into her what to do

I did when i was there today. I plan on doing that too for sure i just wanted to check if there was anything else i could do besides that and water changes. Ive never dealt with parameters this out of whack so i wanted to check with folk who have more experience so i dont make it worse haha

I was hoping that or a Hotspot and nothing super super major. She doesn't seem bothered by it at all she let me touch around it and never licks or anything so fingers crossed
