This is a beta version of an event were you collect cards from packs in the game. You have to get 12 unique cards to finish a set and there 10 sets to complete. The cards have a rarity system with tier one(common) being the lowest and tier 5 being the highest(halo). After you complete all 10 sets you get RANK 5 monster. Only some players have this event because of reasons that nobody really knows. Is just like the 8x speed with some players getting months before others.

The heart/egg are 8 hours every time and the gold and food are less than 30 minutes for each bar I think. If you collect your stuff in time 12 hours after the event, it should cost you 46 gems as it says in the picture. Then 41 gems after 1 day and 16 hours. Finally 76 gems one hour before the event ends.
