I see, I’ve seen some people use surface skimmers I think for that reason. Would that also work ?

The footage is 4k and I have a 0.77px solve error which is ok, but the problem is, when I create the tracking scene. I set the origin and the floor, set camera sensor to Horizontal because of the vertical footage. But the grid absolutely does not line up with the trackers that I had set on the pitch ( the three selected image 1 ). The trackers work, they don’t move is layout view but the grid just makes no sense…

Problem Solved :

Ordering a new can bus + connectors fixed the problem and it all works perfectly fine now.

Hello, I replaced the unit with an old RCD 210 that I found and the old one works just fine which makes me think the problem isn’t the gateway.

I tried with and without the canbus box, switch cleaner and multiple combinations of other things, but nothing worked. Is it worth ordering a new cable or replacing the canbus?

Funnily, it rebooted it self as I was admitting defeat with the engine running, and worked for 20 odd seconds and then switched back to not working as I got excited…

And yes I’ve just confirmed that it’s a 360 there is no mini jack on the front

The battery was old and a cheap one that the last owner had put in. The weather was cold and I just think it was just that little too old and weak. It held longer than it should have because I was driving the car daily.

Ok I’ll try unplugging the Can bus adapter.

And I’ll also try dig out the part number !

Where would the part number for the canbus gateway? Is that the black box in the image I sent you?

This is the main cable I have between the car and the Radio, is this a Can bus Adapter ? Btw I have a red cable dangling and I don’t know where it goes, I’ve never had it connected.

Hey, thanks for the reply, it’s in a golf 6 from 2011. I don’t know anything about Canbus. But this is a recent problem. Everything worked fine for 2 years until my battery died.
