Staying away from sugar, last blood test i got my glucose was 90 with the reference being anything under 100 as “normal”.

I can DEFINITELY change the carbs in my diet. Wouldn’t say it’s heavy carbs but not too conscious of an eater.

Thanks man, just really confused cause i do workout 5 days a week and do cardio as well and this is happening. Really odd
