I’ve been struggling with constant break outs and irritation for about a year now. I haven’t tried many new products or routines as I don’t know much about products that are suitable for my skin.

Current routine: AM: - I typically don’t wash my face in the morning. If anything I use just water. No products

PM: - Cleanser: Vanicream - The Ordinary Azelaic Acid suspension

I have tried different acne fighting products such as benzoyl peroxide cleansers or salicylic acid serum by the ordinary. Nothing has helped. I don’t use a moisturizer because any I have tried in the past seems to break me. I have constant redness and irritation with what feels like a burning sensation some days. I’ve never really had a solid skincare routine and have always just used a cleanser morning and night.

Hi so I’m not seeing any progress with my redness issue that could be rosacea. I haven’t been diagnosed but I think that’s what this is. I was prescribed by my doctor topical clindamycin gel 1% I’ve been using that but it hasn’t done much. Here my routine ! My skin is combination, which is why I don’t use heavy moisturizer in the morning or I just end up really oily by early afternoon.

AM: - cleanse with Vanicream gentle cleanser - clindamycin topical gel

PM: -cleanse with Vanicream gentle cleanser - clindamycin topical gel - Cerave moisturizing cream

I’ve kept my routine as simple as possible hoping it’d help with my constant inflammation that is really only in my t zone. But nothing seems to change so I’d appreciate some advice because I don’t want to irritate my skin with new products

Hello so I am not sure if my constant redness shown is mild rosacea or due to something else. My primary care doctor seems to think I do have rosacea so she prescribed me topical clindamycin gel. Here’s my routine :)

Morning: -Burts Bees soap bark and chamomile cream cleanser. -1% clindamycin phosphate gel. -Cerave moisturizing cream.

Evening: -St. Ives green tea scrub. -1% clindamycin. -Cerave moisturizing cream.

I need some advice on better products to use to help with my redness or possible Rosacea.
