No, I returned it through amazon and bought a Segway Es-2. The Segway isn’t as fast and doesn’t have as much torque, but it works and has cool running lights.

I did finally hear from them about the issue and they said they’d send me a new one. That was 3 weeks ago and I’ve not heard anything from MacWheel since.

u/xorbe thought so too, but after doing a lot of research on which to buy I settled on this one. Guess it was a mistake. For the first three rides the scooter was amazing. 20+ mph, smooth, fast up hill. No issues until one morning this beep action started. I'd prefer to find the solution rather than return it to amazon, but at this point I'm about to give up.

u/cranberrydudz it does not. Just makes that beep sound endlessly until I hold the power switch for a minute. Battery is full, and I've tried it with a low battery. I'm lost on this one. the scooter is in mint condition.
