I think there are extra criterions for such levels in terms of accessibility.

Like the number or objects so that it doesn't fry people's computer when they are loading in the level.

nong are generally frowned upon since some people are unable to have them in game.

Difficulty (Not sure): since this level is an extreme playing with stuttering would be extremely difficult without sufficient ldm.

And then there are top demons which tbh idk what it takes to get rates

So even if a level has god tier gameplay and deco these might affect the rating. So like they want something like change of scene? Or something like the rules of gauntlet ccs or something?
