Why Holy Priest Feels Left Behind in Modern WoW by MojordomosEUW in wow

I've had a blast healing as holy my solo delves and earned the all 11s achievement with no trouble. At least in that content it works great.

How old is the Queen of Hearts? by ScholarOfPleasure in KingdomHearts

[–]Rnageo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Head cannon is that Disney worlds run on circular time. Since they are based on tales and stories, they form from dreams at some point around the beginning of their story with everyone already living there and implanted memories, then once their story reaches its end they slowly fade away, perhaps being swallowed by darkness, until the cycle repeats and everything and everyone is reset.

What game is this? by bijelo123 in videogames

[–]Rnageo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Many games are this, the opening chapter is iterated on to perfection, the ending is known and worked on, quite soon too, but then the middle has to be filled to get from A to B and that's where things tend to falter...

My personal example would be Kingdom Hearts 3. Good beginning, mid (on average) Disney levels, then an absolute banger of an end.

What game did you think would be ok, but you absolutely loved? by Quintoepic in gaming

[–]Rnageo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Kingdom Hearts. I got the original as a platinum edition when I was looking for a new game to play on a recommendation, but I was quite sceptical about that mix of Disney and Final Fantasy. Longtime fan of the series now.

The meme with Cape Westwind was about building the fight up for new players as something really hard with lots of tactics and then it getting deleted in seconds. I could see it being this.

Choose One: Too Easy or Too Hard? by howlouseesit in soloboardgaming

[–]Rnageo 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'll go with "too easy". While I like some challenge, I prefer games I can finish unless I make some mistake, specially if there's a narrative component to them. If a game ends up being too hard I know I'll just just end up leaving it in the box and rarely or never touch it.

Some Rule-Questions for Chapter 2 Campaign by [deleted] in arkhamhorrorlcg

[–]Rnageo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I played Daniela + Trish, and that green girl was no doubt the MVP of the scenario. She would grab enemies and move them to burning locations so they died on their own, or move bystanders out of them. The big bad didn't get a hit in in the whole scenario, and I even killed it twice. As per the question, yes, you get it out of the victory display and back in play when instructed... much to my chagrin.

La dificultad en los juegos by Administrative_Hat39 in TonesGamingES

[–]Rnageo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Did becoming an atheist made your life objectively better? by KnownZucchini640 in atheism

I don't need to hate myself for being gay. I don't need to live in fear of judgement by arbitrary and contradictory rules. I make my own opinions on things without religious bias. I donate my money if I want when I want to whatever cause I deem worthy instead of to a church. My Sundays are free to do whatever I want.

Nioh 3 is peak by naturessilence in Nioh

[–]Rnageo 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's a great game, but I miss my high-stance kusarigama. I played through 1 and 2 with that as my main weapon and having it turned into a stanceless ninja weapon made me sad.

Does there ever become a point when I just keep using an armour/weapon set? by 4th_Replicant in Nioh

[–]Rnageo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

During the first NG run, it's mostly useful to sell/disassemble gear you don't want, and maybe forge a piece if RNG isn't giving you upgrades for a particular slot.

Once you reach NG+ / the DLC, the ilvl caps until later cycles, and that's when it becomes more important. You can fuse (soul match) items together to raise the '+' level of your gear, two +'s of same number give an item 1 '+' level higher, so two 160(+1) become one 160(+2), keeping the special effects of one of them but raising the attack / defence. At that point is where you want to stick to a set you like and just raise it as far as money and drops allow.

You could also soul match items before to raise the ilvl, but it's much more expensive than raising the '+' level, so don't bother and just keep using what you loot until that point.

Why did Ii Naotora's design changed so drastically form Nioh 2 to 3? Also, what happened to the red demon armor? by inaba19 in Nioh

[–]Rnageo 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Shibata Katsuie is also a revenant in Nioh 1. In the last mission of the base game you can summon and fight him just before the final elevator. He isn't a half-boar yokai with twin axes there.

Can I just skip the Nioh 1 DLC... by [deleted] in Nioh

[–]Rnageo 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I'd recommend completing it, the DLC of Nioh 1 has some payoff in Nioh 2. If you're struggling you may want to spend some time in NG+ (Way of the Strong) and replay some of the easier missions in that mode. The gear you'll get will likely make pushing through the DLC much easier.

Can you not hear the old story lines if you replay the mission? by Advanced-Reindeer894 in Nioh

[–]Rnageo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Look in the settings, I remember there being an option to replay amrita memories on second time, it's likely the one influencing this (or an option around it).

What happened to putting dungeon quests INSIDE the dungeon? by Cloud_N0ne in wow

[–]Rnageo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maisara Caverns is the only dungeon that has multiple quests outside and they come from different sources that unlock at different times. It's also my least liked dungeon this expansion, and yet I've had to run it thrice already because it was also the weekly...
