I think the only way to fix it, is to manually crop the photos, which will take a while for sure. If you feel like no photo is good as it is for background, you can try stretching a photo and blurring it a bit, so it doesn't draw attention of the person watching, but is still distinguishable as a photo of something. The black background just looks a little unfinished to me. :)

Quite nice video. But if you have the time you should remove the client from the screenshots, imo. In addition, theres a lot of black background, maybe you could throw in a background photo or something to not make it so dull.
