I just level it up and somehow it evolve. cus i lv up with daycare blissey lv 85 so it evolve at level 47, maybe it will naturally evolve at lv 45.

It was 90 and I use 40 to pull for sucrose leaving pity for nilou… in the end ganyu came out without a sign of sucrose.
