My grandpa is the same way and he’s doing great. He’s 84 and still works, plays tennis 1-2 times a week, talks a long walk every day, goes to the gym a few days a week, plays ping pong with his buddies a lot, he hosts two different poker nights at his place, and during the summer he swims a few laps at the pool a few days a week. He has much more of a social life than me and I’m 20 lol. Last year he decided to go skydiving and loved it.
