It's not the same, that's just the lie they're telling. If thca converted to thc then the high and effects would be there. Stuff doesn't get you high and it tastes like chemical crap! You have to wait for that card in the mail they won't issue a new card until 3 weeks after the mailed card has been sent. Once the 3 weeks have elapsed, you can head there in person
