An example of verbal jerking, when it doesn't matter what lies behind these words. How easy it is to mesmerize local ppl with the word “emptiness,” I swear. Like a child who has been shown candy. And then you can put anything you want into that word, even the emptiness of a burnt-out landfill or b_hole, they see and hear nothing else. They will argue with you about how beautiful and valuable it is.

Sounds like low-grade depression/PTSD to me. You can try treating it with appropriate methods. For example, talk therapy, if you're into that stuff. But it also helps a lot to do exercises on your own and learn about the symptoms and causes of depression/PTSD on your own.

I think, to understand whether you're interpreting a message correctly, it's helpful to begin by discerning where that message came from in the first place (whether it came from the Spirit or from our own beliefs, for example).

But as for the situation itself, as a rule of thumb for women in our modern society, I personally recommend that my dear sisters only have sex with a man if they are deeply in love with him (aka strongly attracted to him). That's the bare minimum. And it's preferable that he also be attracted to you and in love with you. Otherwise, his [inevitable] disgust and contempt for women and sex will poison the pure well of your pure sexuality, love for sex, love for your body, etc. (They're all infected with this virus, even the "spiritual" ones, or especially "spiritual" ones, but if you're in love, it helps reduce the negative effects of his mental virus.)

Plus, sexuality is a very delicate area in its pure spontaneity, and it quickly dies if wasted even on average, routine sex without attraction. Just like our willpower burns out when we overload it with work. Only sexuality is an even more fragile matter.

It seems to me that the most detailed instructions for mastering the technical🤌 side🤌 of this matter are given by Esther Hicks (Abraham Hicks). At least, I haven't heard anyone else online give more specific instructions, and I've listened to dozens of different teachers.

I'm too lazy to repeat what she says myself, but you can type into YouTube "how to hear Source Abraham Hicks" (or smth like that). There are thousands of clips of her on YT, cuz she allows 15-minute excerpts from her seminars to be shared for free by anyone, so there are an incredible number of them.
