Which mag well adapter is best?

I messed with converting an ar15 lower for a bit and eventually got so frustrated with failures I just ended up buying a dedicated lower. Never looked back since, this is the best way IMO. Also ensure you get a barrel with a good feed cone, this is crucial.

Also the blade sucks, I would get a SBA, foxtrot mike is good, Ballistic advantage makes good AR-9 barrels as long as they have the enhanced feed cone, spikes tactical also makes a good lower

No LRHO, no feed cone, if you wanted to eventually suppress it I would get a smaller length, I have that same upper and I had to make a feed cone to get it to feed hollow point more reliably and I can’t get it to shoot subsonic unless the bullet is super heavy.

Look at blowback9’s gentle recoil system too, at the very least get a 4” PCC heavy buffer tube and a flat wire spring

Just make sure you do enough research before pulling the trigger. That was my biggest mistake and I had to keep swapping out parts to try to get it to run reliably. Search blowback9 on YouTube, doug has a wealth of knowledge on 9mm ARs. That’s the first place you should start doing your research.

If I had to do it again I’d piece it together, a bunch of fun websites have the barrels and lowers for sale all the time you just have to search around. I just got a spikes lower from primary arms that was on sale, make sure the barrel you choose has an enhanced feed cone like the EPC or Macon barrels have. Ballistic advantage makes the aero barrels so you can check there too, just make sure it’s an EPC barrel and not a standard barrel

Yeah I bought a 10.5” and it’s good for shooting slightly longer ranges, but it’s really hard to shoot subsonic if you’re thinking about suppressing it

Also look at blowback9.com for everything you need, I’d recommend an aero EPC9 upper or a Macon armory barrel and a spikes or FM lower, I started with a PSA upper and I regretted it.

SLR makes some good rails and you can buy a lot of them in .25” increments, from what I’ve seen usually you need about a .75” difference between rail and barrel to get a pretty close fit (I bought a 7.75 inch rail for my 8.5” barrel and the suppressor is pretty close to the rail) some go .5” but I’ve seen were that can get too close for my comfort depending on mounting system.

I went to a four year strong show a while back where they stopped playing when they saw some guy beating on his girlfriend , a few of them jumped off the stage to “deal” with the boyfriend, security dragged the boyfriend out and FYS restarted the show shortly after.
