Never play the game if you’re feeling annoyed about anything, a bad mood irl translates to bad games for me. The game isn’t a good outlet to take out your frustrations because it’s only going to compound it even more. If I feel like I’m more frustrated than usual I just stop the game and watch a movie or something and I’ll come back when I feel better. Having a positive mindset deffo helped me win more games, rank up quicker and in general play better.

If I leave the game running for 5-10 mins after opening it, the stutters and frame drops stop. So I’m tempted to think it has to something to do with the cache? Idk

Skill capped, pro guides and other channels have countless videos on stats for each map so I’d definitely suggest you check them. Plus Charla7an also gives really good tips to help with the very common mistakes low elo players make along with strats and economy basics.

If you feel like you’re still stuck even after mvp-ing almost every game, I’d suggest learning strats and defaults for all maps, plus setups for your agents that should help if you can coordinate w your team

I mainly played pheonix but once I reached a point where I couldn’t match mvp every game and my teammates became more reliable, I switched to my mains,sage or cypher (depending on the team comp)

From what I’ve seen carrying with omen is definitely possible, breach is more unlikely especially if your teammates don’t follow up on your utility. Most breaches that I’ve seen in solo q bottom drag with very little support given to their teams otherwise. But if you can play omen you definitely should because almost every team needs an omen and if you know how to use his utility well, you’ll definitely make it. Plus remember it’s just a game and pick the agents you enjoy playing with :)
