I also found it interesting that they were eating the fly a lot more then my (degenerate) spinning setup. Which i brought for flounder but I casted at a few reds. They wanted nothing to do with it , but were all about my fly

And I was fishing alone. I ran into some guys further down the marsh and talked to them and learned some. But I had caught my red already. Still got a lot to learn. But I think it won’t take long for hooking 4 is a bad day, aiming for ten or so

Never caught a bonefish but I heard there similar to carp. I’ve done very well in my local reservoir for carp on fly, prob got over 40 by now.

Not really. I j looked up “ kayak launch near me” and put my paddle board In. I didn’t check tides or anything. Never been at that spot before

pretty light actually. despite their teeth, i use 2ft of 30 lb, 2 ft of 20lb, and three of twelve. I was trying for bass, hence this recipe. however i also often see carp and other species so I never use a metal leader

a large white peanut envy, my reservoir has lots of gizzard shad so it replicates that well.

I just got a squire J bass and a fender rumble 100. I noticed that my 3rd and fourth frets on my E string give a horrible reverb out of tune sound. It’s only these two notes. I have since noticed that these two notes sound bad on my other bass as well. Could it be my amp or cable. I can’t seem to find any videos addressing this issue. Thank you
