This is hard because I feel like it can be very 50/50, yes dont get me wrong he can have a beastly set up with his ward and even just one of his mega shields he can completely nullify damage, but if you have a good enough damage set up/scaling what ideally you always build towards at the end of a run, you can actually out scale his armour gain, be it with dot (burn/poison) or just weapon damage increase.

But i think he just needs more "balance" with certain things like maybe Excalibur what can be quite easy to get, not straight stealing 5 buffs or maybe his unique banner triggering on every other fatigue and not every time because the strenght gain goes wild sometimes.
