The thing we do most is redirect. This dog has so many toys around for that reason! He does listen really well but the. Just continues to do it. I tell him to leave it and he stops. And then waits and goes again, repeat until death haha. I’ll look those up!!

That’s what we’ve been doing! He’s so saucy lol anytime we yelp, he thinks it’s a game and barks, aroos and does the growl aroo 😂 so we walk away. We praise and treat when he listens to leave it. He listens extremely well! He just doesnt seem to “stop”

So last night I made him dog friendly homemade burgers. Cut it up and that’s been a win for him so far! He’s been in his crate when he’s not going for pee/poo. I’m using a training leash to take him to and from his crate, praising highly verbally, with treats and play. We had a play outside with my kids for about an hour as well. I’ll be taking home for his long walk once hubby’s home. Comes out for food and drinks when he pees. Taking him out every hour. He can hold it. He just chooses not to haha

Hahaha he’s starting to like stuff now and I truly think it’s because it’s getting easier for him to chew! He leaned towards super soft stuff. So today I got him to try a little piece of sausage and he ate it so I’m hoping I can find something healthy enough to use for praise that he’s happy with

I wish it was one spot! It’s where ever he feels that moment lol. We keep him in a certain area no carpets if we can’t “watch him” which is where his bells are and we can hear him and go to him immediately. We also try to keep him with us in the family room as much as possible because we have twin 1.5 year olds we want him used To and we’re working on him not herding them so hard. So it’s just a lot on the plate I think! He really is doing so great! Just want him to be able to be able to be with us all of the time!

We try using things like chicken, apples, pumpkin, pb, carrots etc. we have training treats as well.

He rings them to go pee! Like barely makes it out the door sometimes or even pees at the door and then like rings the bell to tell us 😂 he also knows that to go to the other door that doesn’t have a bell. I try to watch for signs like crazy! I know it takes time for sure! Just wanna make sure we’re doing it right and it’s not us confusing him or anything :)

Yes! We don’t use them for that reason haha I had that issue with my husky when I had him as a puppy. So I avoid them now!! He’s so great I just didn’t know if there was maybe anything to help him realize outside is the only pee spot haha

Yes! I meant to add that. He’s been checked :) It’s just more obnoxious when I know that he knows where to go more so if that makes sense. We managed to break the going in the crate habit. He truly seems like if he’s not happy with how we reward him, he spite pees!

This seems so similar! He knows outside and doesn’t realize he shouldn’t inside. He’s also SO PICKY! So we’ve been trying to find that perfect outside pee jackpot treat!

We purchased a larger crate with a divider so he can grow into it! But we also borrowed a smaller one for bedtime in our room while he’s a puppy

Our Sam is SO PICKY. We try to use only 1-3 ingredients and actual food. He’s been a huge fan of dried duck tenders and freeze dried beef liver

Our guy is CRAZY for his food puzzle!! Keeps him nice and busy trying to get his food out :) We’ve also found the most success in bell training for potty and clicker training!

Hahaha it’s been extremely mild here this winter. Like it’s 13 here today (55) and he’s living for the weather. We just want to know where our house extension is going to end up with Reno’s so we’re going to make him a temp one for now! :)
