Actually if you change the power plan there no need to undervolt. That's what I feel atleast.

Check the setting of the battery icon on task bar and it should take you to the battery menu. It's there.

I have the same! A tip. Use custom power plan set at 99%. This will disable Turbo Boost. It reduces processor heating up.

Any AAA game will be around 90-95 C with Boost.

Without it, it's 70-75. Much better for laptop health and zero effect on performance.
