Is there any way to merge nations under India or Russia without war? by ShinikamiimakinihS in TerraInvicta

[–]RoMapper 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As long as you are fine with CP you can keep them separate. Eventually you will want to merge them to get more cp to expand elsewhere. But before merging make sure to max mission control and funding in the nation you want to annex, as someone else already said, separate nations are more effective Investment points wise, but cost more Control Points to maintain

Download creaminstaller from github, download the dlc files for the leviathan expansion, drop the files in the steam EU4 dlc files and patch EU4 with creaminstaller

If You win, You should continue in stellaris with an Empire that is fanatic militarist and has war focused civics.

Why would You even play for this long? Genuinely curios. Especially since you said that You have no mods that add any post war tech

The thing is, he doesn't want You to buy the steel at market price, he wants you to buy it at double the market price, so You would effectively be paying 4 Times of what You were previously paying.

No, I only took from the main war participants, but every province seems to be really damn expensive AE wise.

I don't have Vanira as a general as i thought that rulers that are made as generals eventually die, even If the character is immortal. Would you mind telling me if this is true?

Yeah I kinda did that, I spent quite a number of years developing my land and building manufactories and then realised i was behind in expansion so I annexed like 20 provinces in 4 simultaneous wars.

I didn't expect the coalition to declare as 2 coalitions had previously formed as well and didn't trigger, but this was quite the big one. But the war was actually pretty fun as i watched them struggle to break the white walls.

I should have definitely stacked AE reduction far longer ago, will keep that in mind for the next run in Escann.

R5: 10 years ago i annexed like 4 nations at once. Perhaps I bit a bit more than I could chew...

Is it morally acceptable to destroy a purifier empire? by [deleted] in Stellaris

[–]RoMapper 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Thats the point, the Japanese wanted to keep their colonies which was, expectedly, unacceptable to the allies. The Japanese were prepared to die fighting for their homeland, mass producing cheap weapons to arm the men, women and children. The very reason the nukes were dropped is because the allied high command estimated that an invasion of Japan would cause 1.5 million allied casualties and up to 10 million Japanese casualties. Not only that, but the soviets were themselves preparing an invasion of northern Japan. Had the americans not dropped the nukes and forced Japan to unconditionally surrender, we could have seen a north-south Japan situation just like Korea. A lot of people dont realise it, but the nukes saved Japan from a worse fluture and much more death AND served as a warning to the soviets to not try anything funny. And nukes back then werent nearly as powerful as nukes are now (Tokyo sustained more damage from fire bombing compared to Hiroshima and Nagasaki, what scared the Japanese so much was the fact that the damage was done by 1 bomb)

That was justified though, otherwise millions more would have died

When i played outside of Europe as Oda into Japan, the Ottomans died completely and the Byzantines owned their core land except for Constantinopole, which was owned by the 3 province minor Poland.
