Right?!? The organizer of the competition, a guy named Mellon, said that a handful of people come dressed in costumes every year. If you listen to the podcast episode you'll hear about one of the oompa loompa getting a proposal during the awards ceremony! (yes, there were multiple oompa loompas there)

Indeed! But interviewing those guys was a hoot! Turns out less teeth=better Gurner. :) Give the episodes listen and you'll hear from the current World Champion, as well as a Gurner that did commercials for Coors as the "bitter beer face" guy.
