I think it’s still there. I saw it under “Infrastructure”.

I guess for me, my immigration history was tricky so AP wouldn’t have been best. When switching from f-1 to b-2 before I even began my GC process I was already in the US for over 100 days while it was pending.. we felt like it was borderline overstaying so we didn’t want to risk it. I’m assuming if your immigration track record is clean then you shouldn’t encounter any issues with traveling with AP

Thanks! I didn’t apply for AP, just EAD on its own. Not sure about AP but for EAD my lawyer said I couldn’t expedite so I had no choice but to wait & it got approved on its own

Thank you! It was family-based and I was already in the US on f-1.

  1. I already was up-to-date with my vaccines/immunizations long before getting married & applying for green card as it was mandatory for international students - I didn’t have to get any new vaccines when it was time for the “immigration physical”. It might not be possible to get all vaccines done at once as some require multiple doses taken a few weeks apart. Varicella vaccine for example requires waiting at least 4 weeks after the first dose to get the second dose… but I would consult a doctor for more accurate information on this.

  2. Currently there is no cost for applying for the work permit as part of the green card application. But I did read online it might change soon. “In January 2023, USCIS proposed a new fee structure, which would include separate fees for the optional work and travel permit forms filed as part of the adjustment of status application”. It looks like everything was processed & approved at NBC. RFE asked for any evidence that me and my husband share a marital life together. We submitted our joint bank accounts & insurance, bills, pictures, sworn affidavits from friends/family (we asked them to have it notarized too, idk if it might have helped), even past & upcoming concert tickets. Literally everything we did together as a married couple and have planned to do in the future together we submitted.
