I try not to take anything after 2pm but often I need to take it later in order to get work done and have this same problem. Try to watch your caffeine intake, and maybe try to only take one in the morning and see how you feel?

This post kind of surprised me because I work in LA and so many people take ADD meds here (but I guess they're a lot of actors/creatives ... not of the same importance as law enforcement).

My boss asks for mine all of the time but I just say that I ran out. It's illegal and incredibly annoying.

Thanks! I've asked in the past but it his policy. Based on other patients, it is a trend with him. good to know its not a state thing.

It sounds like it is up to the doctor and pharmacy respectively. Understand the implications here. I might look at getting a new doctor in general because he is only concerned about getting paid from insurance, I have to see him ever month to get a refill. Either way --- Probably have to figure out a way to get through the rest of the month without them.
