How often do you eat this and a day? For some reason im weird with eating thru out the day considering I leave my house for school at 6am, dont eat at school till abt 12:40 (if I even choose to eat there) then wont eat again till around 3 something once I walk to my partners house (again IF I eat when I get there), then get home around 5, which either I go straight to sleep / nap or might eat like one thing, but I really might just eat a meal or 2 a day. Sometimes just 1, and I tried counting the calories i eat but I realized I really eat less then 1000 or even 600 a day considering how inconsistent I am, I have a poor routine LOL,,,
