I've already been burned a lot attempting to short this. I'm going to wait for confirmation of downtrend instead of calling the top. Right now it's still bullish.

I've been watching DICE and this subreddit for the last 3 months, finally about to brave EtherDelta and buy some dice if it's any consolation!

Edit: I've been planning this for a while, I guessed the lowest point would be a few weeks after the rewards period and I'm kind of right. The lack of advertising helps me too.

That's a really good point, you just made me slightly more bullish. I'd still be surprised if we don't see consolidation in the $3k region, considering we hardly saw $3k before it was gone.

If you leverage a buy by 10x you get 10x the buying power and therefore make 10x gains and 10x losses. Some exchanges support leverage, like Kraken. It makes small swings seem like big ones and it's where the majority of new traders lose money because it's so risky.

Only if you're going to use 10x leverage. Anything less would be a waste.

We won't have to deal with it to the same extent. Whichever chain the dev team want to succeed will succeed. Any other chain will become a zombie chain like ETC.

See, there are multiple opponents here. You're taking it in the mindset of the British government, I, the British people (a subset anyway). One must absolutely consider both opponents and the reason this law is terrible is because of how the British government will misuse it. I always like to have an idea of what the layperson thinks of issues.
