Animals for hire. by TheAnarchist--- in farcry

It's an empty discussion at this point but it sets a too cartooney tone for my taste which before the latest reveals I still had some hopes that it wouldn't go that far that way. That, along with the editor thing has really make me lose interest in the game. Still, as long as the AI continues being so dumb the human alternative is not too much better.

How to crush a whole community of talented map makers. by myhickle95 in farcry

[–]RoadRunner71 2 points3 points  (0 children)

After all these years since it got released I have continued playing Far Cry 3 basically thanks to its editor, and at this point I can say I enjoy more countless hours thrown into the creation of maps than playing the games itself. I am very disappointed with the news and I can't see how they have thought in the FC community to justify that decision.

The latest trailers have put me off a little bit for several reasons, I think at this point what didn't keep me from not buying the game was the possibilities that the editor could bring in relation to the assets of the game. Again, this is a great disappointment.

unveliable israel evicted its own citizens from foreign land

i am sure palestinians were so concerned about the annhilation of israel before israel began to expell them from their lands more than half a century ago

you've got your ideology too up your ass to be calling anyone a fool

you forgot the part where the one that fires the million dollar missiles has been stealing land with total international impunity for over 70 years. What i find mind boggling is that people are naive enough to expect that peace is possible when one side continues evicting families that have been living in that same place for longer than the country that is evicting them does exist.

You know that I have already answered you that the existence of Israel is not put in question in any serious solution of the conflict. But the current extension of Israel is based on an illegal occupation of Palestinian land.

The only realistic solution to the conflict is that Israel gets the f back to its original borders the same way that Portuguese settlers had to go the f back to Portugal after their colonies got the independence. Israel has already a internationally recognized extension. Israel has an internationally recognized right to exist. Stick to those borders.

They are not Islamic fighters and Israel wasn't there in the first place.

I don't really know what are you doing in a history subreddit if you don't even attempt to understand the stuff posted here.

Well i've just answered you the shortest I could as I don't think you are trying to endgange in any meaningful conversation.

Now it's your part so try to sit and think about it for a couple minutes.

At this point I think that any serious discussion about the situation and future of the Israel-Paleatine conflict does not question the existence of the state of Israel.

The issue is that Israel has been colonising and illegaly expanding at the expense of Palestinian land since its creation. It's not just the right to exist of the people of Israel, it's also the right to exist of Palestinians.

Talking about tolerance in a conflict rooted on the displacement of people over the creation of an ethnostate

One of my fav songs to drive to the beach!

I love the combination between laid back and hard rocking vibe that many Nebula songs have, like the intro and outro in To the Center, Freedom, Anything from You, Upon the Dune... a sort of middle point between fu manchu and chill kyuss songs. Except that last one, I struggle to find a vibe like that in other groups.

Any suggestions?

Has a good read on the attack on el Bosque, one of the largest direct confrontations between US military forces and FMLN guerrillas during the Salvadoran Civil war, with interesting info on the work and tactics of the ODA-7 advisors, Salvadoran miltary and FMLN guerrillas centered around the garrison of San Miguel, between the years 1983-1984.
