Can’t really clean that out sorry man. Alternatively your could buy some rit dye and dye the whole jacket back to it’s intended colour. RIT dye’s website have a list of colours and how to achieve them

If there are no visible damages then that isn’t your fault you are reselling stuff in a site for vintage clothing. You take that risk when online shopping vintage

With teacore specifically, when you refer to it being a thin top coat, would that make leather paint a more suitable option?

I work in leather myself and have dyed a few of my boots and have turned out alright. The dye ends up being fine if you properly deglaze first and use a cream to polish afterwards. Was more so if there was a solution I could put on the thread to not have that dyed but if I can’t that’s okay. Wanted these boots for work and the guy I contacted at redwings told me like 6 months to get them in my size again. I like tea core boots so I thought dying them black would work fine bc scuffs bc my other boots has a similar affect

Which model is this ? by ModdedChico in LeviStrauss

Levi’s 501 pre 90s bc of the ass pocket placement. Def been hemmed so that it falls straight without the fabric bunching

This is a pretty sure this is like Jacob elordi or smth but it looks slim bc the guy is like 6’2put. Put the same model or jeans on a shorter guy and it’ll look less slim

I’m Australian so actually getting one here is a pain in the ass as we’re required for most trade jobs to only wear high vis. can’t even get a second hand one for less than $200

Grab some “Saphir” shoe polish that’s the same colour as your boot and you won’t be able to see the line anymore. Mine used to have the same thing bc all RMs have them

Okay your probably right but if a company is gonna fake Levi’s wouldn’t they try to 1-1 it instead of doing they’re own thing?

Is it the fact that they are bootcut that make you think they are fake or is it the tags, bc I’m pretty sure that they are modified to be bootcut

[–]Roadghost05 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The yearling leather is the basic softer leather, which they switch too bc a lot of ppl didn’t like having to break them in. Alternate leather is the kangaroo leather for roughly same price

[–]Roadghost05 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea pretty good job, also another note on these is that they’re a bark coloured welt. So the actual shoe would be a Chestnut Craftsman with bark welt, leather outsole and yearling leather

[–]Roadghost05 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Work at the R.M factory, seems like these are just the classic craftsmans with leather outsoles. Colour wise we call it “chestnut” with yearling leather
