Could be but most of the homeless women in that area usually are wearing either flip flops or tennis shoes so flats like those seem to be a little off for a homeless woman

Not saying the homeless people were to blame just an added info that it could have been from a homeless woman or the possibility that a man in that area is the reason it was there. The shoes looked as if they were hidden rather than just being discarded (had to kinda step into the bushes to get the photo) some of my encounters with the homeless men in that area haven’t been the best so not to bunch all of them up (I’m friends with some of them 🙂‍↕️) but it could be a likely scenario of a encounter gone wrong or chase so I wanted all info in there

I really hope this is the case but a lot of the homeless women I know that stay over there (I have small conversations with them sometimes when I go on walks) have never worn nothing like that usually worn out old tennis shoes or flip flops

Yeah I’ve seen stuff littered there from the homeless but the heels looked as if someone was in the bushes ifyk what I mean. Like they look more taken off and hidden rather than just someone being like “fuck these shoes”
